1. Open “Windows Live Mail” form “Start” > “All Programs”.
2. Click on “File” > “Options” > “Email accounts...”
3. Click on “Add”.
2. Select Account Type as “Email Account” and click on “Next”.
3. Mention below details and click on “Next”.
- Email address.
- Password.
- Check “Remember this password” (Optional).
- Give your official mail ID as “Display name for your send messages”.
- Check “Make this as my default mail account” (Optional).
- Check “Manually configure Server settings”.
4. Now give server information as mentioned below and click on “Next”.
* For Incoming Server Information.
> Select proper “Server type” as POP3 or IMAP
as per you need.
> Set proper “Server Address”.
> Set Port according to “Server type” POP3 or IMAP.
> Set “Logon User Name” as your Mail ID.
* For Outging Server Information.
> Set proper “Server Address”.
> Set “Port”.
> Check “Requires a secure connection (SSL)”.
> Check “Requires authentication”.
5. Then click “Finish”.
6. Your Mail Account Is configured.
